Halloween 2009

This year Wyatt was a "MAD SCIENTIST" and Nolan was a Vampire. They both came up with the ideas themselves. We all met at Grandma Great's again to go trick or treating. Evan, Rhylie Kate and Jacob joined the crew this year. We missed you guys.

First day of school

Well school started today and it was the first day of kindergarten for Nolan. He has been just fine. No tears from momma or him. He was fired up and ready to go. Yes you see a splint on Wyatt. He fractured his 2Nd carpal bone the other day trying to catch a fly ball with no glove. He will just wear that for 3 weeks and be good. He can still play fall ball so he is happy.

Wyatt playing baseball

I have to brag on Wyatt!!! He did such a good job playing baseball tonight. He only got one hit but did an awesome job fielding. He played his normal left field and stopped 4-5 balls and threw the balls in. He got to play 2ND base and threw someone out at 1st. He was so excited about that. He jumped up and shook his fist in the air. That was probably the biggest play of the season for him. He then played catcher for the first time. Not by his choice the coach put him there. I knew he was scared and he told me he was after the game. He did better then I thought he would do doing that. He actually caught a ball just after the runner ran home. A few seconds earlier and he would of had him out. Their team did an awesome job. They had a double header tonight against the Braves that was undefeated. They loss the first game but beat them the second game. We had a cookout for both teams and families tonight. We had a great night at the baseball park.
